carrefour supermarket separate toilet warm toilet seat comfortable beds
i liked that there was a carrefour supermarket just meters away. my executive room included a separate toilet for sanitation. the toilet seat had a warmer. isabella, manager jihad and other staff. the beds were very comfortable.
the bar downstairs closes early at 23h. the mini bar in the room does not include alcoholic beverages.

really good stay
heated seat comfortable bed
the hotel is near saint-lazare train station and a carrefour supermarket. my executive room was very nice the bed felt very comfortable. i found the separate toilet more sanitary with its heated seat.
the light bulbs in the room were flickering . the staff did not acknowledge my spouse's birthday upon checkout. this felt disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

helpful staff room upgrade convenient location
The staff was consistently helpful. I received a complimentary room upgrade to a Superior King Room upon arrival. The hotel's location near the metro station made getting around easy.
The elevator occasionally experienced slight delays.
